Kodiak got its first dusting of snow on Friday. So yesterday the kids and I joined the cousins and climbed up Pyramid to go sledding. Up top it was very cold and windy and the sun on the snow made everything super bright. The sledding was super bumpy in places, and if you were not careful way too fast! I broke my sled and bruised my butt on the first run. But we discovered some gentle grass-covered slopes and got in a few good runs.
Snow season has arrived!
