Mission Beach

 

Lately for walks I have been taking the dogs to the beach.  Beach walks are quick walks, but the dogs do more running about chasing gulls and chasing the surf than do on the usual trail walk.  So quick but efficient.

Last week while we were waiting for our Powerhouse takeout sushi to be ready the kids and I went to Mission Beach.  I think it might just be the first time ever that I have taken the dogs to that particular beach.  The tide was low and it was perfect.  Plenty of gulls for the dogs to chase, and a gorgeous sunset to admire reflecting on the low tide sand.
