Pyramid Views

 

These pictures are all from Tuesday when I went cross country skiing with the dogs.  We went up behind the ski chalet opposite Pyramid Mountain and skied around on the plateau where I often go. It was Red's first extended ski trip, and the conditions were pretty good for XC country skiing. I gather its was breakable crust higher on the mountain.

From behind the ski chalet it is a great view of Pyramid.  That's the mountain I usually climb for my ski so it is cool to see it from another angle.  I can see all the places I usually go.  Also, it looks so big. 

Anyway, it was a spectacular sunset.  The dogs and I explored all about.  The dogs sniffing here and there and looking for rabbits and ptarmigan to chase.
