Ice Briefly

 

We had great ice in November, but early December's warmth and rain washed it all away.  Then it got cold for a few days and we got our ice back.  But barely.  Black ice for an afternoon and then back to warm winds and rain the very next day.

But the ice was certainly nice.  Nora is back from College for the Christmas Holidays and with Stuey and the dogs we all went skating with uncle Dicky.  The dogs chased us around on the black ice.  Bode still refuses to go on the ice.  He fell through a couple of years ago and ever since he will not go out on ice.  Even if it is covered in snow.

Patrick
