Friday night we got a lot of new snow on the mountain but it was also REALLY windy. Up on high most of the snow blew away and left a wind sculpted landscape. Incredibly beautiful but also, unfortunately, AWFUL skiing. And down low where it did not blow away the snow was super wet and slow. Saturday night all that wet stuff froze and turned to ice. I'm hopeful I'll get to do some crust cruising on skate skis in the coming week. Patrick
